LFH Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Sneaker Kings (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
Sneaker Kings is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide you with a great gaming experience.
Game Data: Your game progress, including in-game currency, inventory, completed challenges, and cities visited, is stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was completed so we can unlock the associated content.
Analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand how the App is used and to improve the experience. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and may include information such as device type, operating system version, app version, session duration, and general gameplay patterns.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personally identifiable information. The App does not require you to create an account or log in.
The App may use the following third-party services:
Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and in-app purchase processing. Their respective privacy policies apply to transactions made through their platforms.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase tokens provided by Apple and Google to validate and manage your purchases. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
We do not integrate any advertising SDKs. The App contains no ads.
Sneaker Kings does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App does not require any personal information to play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
Your game data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud-based data storage for individual players. If you delete the App, your locally stored game data will be removed from your device.
Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. If you have made in-app purchases and have questions about that transaction data, please contact Apple or Google directly, as they are the processors of that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
